Purchase Procedure

It is easy and secure to purchase from Chongqing Vision Star.

1. Contact us and send us your purchase requirements, including products specifications, quantity, plug type and input voltage for electrical machines.

2. Send us your shipping address, and choose shipping method.

3. Our company will make a quotation for products and shipping cost.

4. After agreement from both parts, we will send you performa invoice with our bank information. We warmly welcome you to directly visit our company in Chongqing, China and discuss order details.

5. Make payment for the order, and our company will prepare the products.

6. Our company will confirm packaging information with you by sending pictures and packing list.

7. Deliver the order, and send you installation instructions if necessary.

Payment Method

Bank T/T(TelegraphicTransfer) is our normal payment method. We can also accept Western Union. Sometimes, Credit/Debit Card and Paypal are acceptable.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer following shipping methods,

1.  Express(door to door delivery by DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS and so on.);

2.  Airway(to your local airport);

3.  Sea Way(to your local sea port);

4.  If you have your own shipping forwarder, we can send the products to them.

After Sales Service and Warranty

We deeply know that product quality is the life of our company. We offer lifetime after sales service for all of our products, including free usage and installation training, remote software problem repairing, troubleshooting by video chat and so on.

Our normal products warranty is 1 year, some products have 3-5 years warranty. 

During The Warranty

1. For Software

If there are problems with the software, we will repair them online for free through remote control software.

2. For Hardware

If some parts of the products have problems, we will send you the parts and repairing instruction video, so that you can easily replace the parts.

If there are problems that can not be fixed by replacing the parts, you can send the devices back, and our factory will repair the devices for you or send you completely new devices.

After The Warranty

For software problems, we still offer free repairing service. For hardware problems, we can send you the parts at its basic cost without additional service fees.
